Digital Downloads

Accessing your Ruach Fusion digital products is simple, secure and convenient. After completing checkout, your files will be available through the order confirmation page, your email and, where applicable, the Downloads section of your account.

How to Access Your Files

1. Order confirmation page
After checkout, your download link will appear on the order confirmation page.

2. Order email
A download link will also be sent to the email address used during checkout.

3. My Account
Registered customers can log in, open My Account, and select Downloads to access available files.

4. Save your file
Download the file to your device and store a backup copy in a secure folder.

Supported File Formats

PDF
Used for printable journals, guides, workbooks and other reading materials.

PNG and JPG
Used for high-resolution digital artwork, graphics and printable designs.

ZIP folders
Used when a product contains several files supplied together.

EPUB
Used for selected eBook editions designed for compatible reading apps and devices.

Downloading and Saving Your Files

Download the file directly to your computer, tablet or phone.

For PDF products, use a compatible PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your device’s built-in PDF viewer.

For best results, save a backup copy to a secure folder, cloud drive or external storage device.

Do not rely only on the email download link, especially where a product has a limited number of downloads.

Printing Your Digital Products

Most printable products can be printed at home or through a professional printing service.

Before printing, check the product page for the recommended page size, orientation and print settings.

For best quality, select the highest available print quality and use suitable paper for the type of product.

Colours may vary slightly between screens, home printers and professional print services.

Download Limits and Expiry

Some products may have a limited number of downloads or a download expiry period. These limits will apply to the download link connected to your order.

Please download and save your files promptly after purchase.

If your download link has expired or you have reached the permitted download limit, contact our support team with your order details so we can review the issue.

Troubleshooting Download Problems

If your file does not download, first refresh the page and try the download link again.

Check that your internet connection is stable and that your browser is not blocking downloads or pop-up windows.

If the file downloads but will not open, confirm that you have the correct app for the file type, such as a PDF reader for PDF files or an EPUB-compatible reading app for eBooks.

If the problem continues, contact our support team and include your order number, the product name and a brief description of the issue.
